Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped Reese's cups.
Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For an extra touch, top with chocolate frosting and additional Reese's cups.
