Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
In another bowl, mix the oil, eggs, and grated zucchini until well combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
Notes
This bread is great for breakfast or as a snack. You can also add nuts for extra texture!
