Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, chopped parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
Place the salmon skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the herb butter mixture evenly over the surface of the salmon.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a twist, serve with a side of grilled asparagus or a fresh salad. Garnish with lemon wedges for added zing.
