Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely, then cut into cubes.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Layer brownies, whipped cream, and fresh berries in serving glasses or bowls.
Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This dessert can be prepared a day ahead for better flavor fusion. Use fresh berries for best results.
