Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Stir frequently.
In a large bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until thick and pale. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Slowly pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly to combine.
Fold in the sifted flour and salt until just combined; do not overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle sea salt flakes on top before baking.
