Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Gradually add in cornstarch, powdered sugar, and flour, beating until well combined.
Stir in vanilla extract until mixed.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set but not browned.
Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
