Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Gently mix the ingredients until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese to melt.
Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until golden.
Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Serve immediately.
