Preparation Steps
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef into four equal portions, shaping them loosely into balls.
Place the beef balls on the hot surface, then smash them down with a spatula.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until nicely browned, then flip and add cheese, cooking until melted.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
Assemble the burger: place the beef patty on a tortilla, top with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Drizzle some sour cream on top before adding another tortilla to create a sandwich.
