Instructions
Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Add the Ingredients: Stir in the shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, and cooked ground beef or chicken (if using). Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Roll-Ups: Spread an even layer of the mixture over each flour tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll Tightly: Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Place seam-side down and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and make slicing easier.
Slice and Serve: Unwrap the tortillas and slice them into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
