  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 12 inch pizza crust pre-baked
  • 0.5 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.25 cup sour cream for serving
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes fresh
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Spread pizza crust on a baking sheet. Evenly spread salsa over the crust as the base sauce.
  • Top with cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, diced tomatoes, and green onions.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, slice, and serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
