Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the ground turkey, cooking until browned, about 10 minutes.
Combine cooked turkey with soy sauce, honey, and sriracha, mixing well.
Serve the turkey mixture over cooked brown rice and top with sliced green onions.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra crunch!
