Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Toss them with 0.25 cup erythritol, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Place the apple mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, shredded coconut, remaining erythritol, and cold butter. Use your fingers to blend until crumbly.
Sprinkle the oat topping evenly over the apples.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and apples are tender.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your sugar-free apple crisp warm or at room temperature.
