Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Spread chopped strawberries evenly over the crust.
Mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the strawberries, then drizzle with the powdered sugar mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Store leftover bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
