Instructions
Prepare the Brownies:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix and Bake: Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions, adding the vanilla extract if desired. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake as directed on the box (about 25-30 minutes). Let the brownies cool completely.
Make the Strawberry Layer:
Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in the vanilla extract and whipped topping until fully combined.
Spread: Gently fold in the strawberry jam until streaked or fully mixed, as preferred. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the cooled brownies.
Prepare the Crunch Topping:
Crush and Mix: In a bowl, combine the crushed freeze-dried strawberries, crushed Golden Oreos, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Top the Brownies: Sprinkle the crunch topping evenly over the strawberry layer, pressing down gently to adhere.
Chill and Serve:
Chill: Refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour to set the layers.
