Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and granulated sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Press half of the crumb mixture into the prepared baking pan.
In another bowl, mix diced strawberries with brown sugar. Spread over the crumb base.
Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the strawberry layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
Notes
These bars are best served chilled and can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
