Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
Arrange sliced strawberries over the crust, then pour champagne evenly over the strawberries.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
