Ingredients
- 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips milk, dark, or white
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until well blended.
- Fold in Chocolate Chips: Gently mix in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the Dough: Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
