Instructions
Preparation Steps
Wash and hull the strawberries, then puree them in a blender until smooth.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese together until creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and lemon juice to the butter mixture and beat until combined.
Fold in the strawberry puree until evenly blended.
Transfer the strawberry butter to a container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store leftover strawberry butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
