Ingredients
For the Chicken Skewers:

Wooden skewers
soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

mayonnaise
▢
1/4
cup
sweet chili sauce

tablespoons
honey
▢

tablespoons
sriracha
adjust based on spice preference

lime juice

teaspoon
garlic powder
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
Reserve about 1/4 of the sauce for serving and use the rest for marinating.
Marinate the Chicken:
Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken, making sure each piece is well coated.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to several hours for more flavor.
Preheat the Grill:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Skewer the Chicken:
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
Grill the Chicken Skewers:
Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
Serve:
Serve the Bang Bang Chicken Skewers hot with the reserved sauce for dipping.
