Instructions
Preparation Steps
Sprinkle the gelatin powder over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Heat the bloomed gelatin over low heat until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the dissolved gelatin into the whipped cream mixture.
Pour half of the mixture into serving glasses, add sliced strawberries, then top with remaining cream mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
Best served chilled with a garnish of fresh mint leaves or additional berries on top.
