Preparation Steps
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and Baileys Irish Cream.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the Chex cereal into the mixture and gently stir until evenly coated.
Add the powdered sugar to a large resealable plastic bag, then pour in the coated cereal and shake until well coated.
