Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until well combined.
Stir in the flour and salt until just combined; do not overmix.
Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped fresh strawberries gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
