Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the spinach and feta mixture into the chicken breasts, sealing with toothpicks if needed.
Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through.
