Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
Spread the flatbread on a baking sheet.
Layer the spinach and feta mixture over the flatbread, then top with the sliced red onion.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese starts to brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Slice and serve warm, garnished with extra feta if desired.
Notes
For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or serve with a side of tzatziki sauce.
