- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter smooth consistency
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

- In a large bowl, pour the Rice Chex Cereal and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and melted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Stir vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently stir until evenly coated.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine powdered sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add the coated cereal mixture, seal the bag, and shake until well coated.
- Spread the Muddy Buddies on parchment paper to cool and set before serving.
