Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until combined.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and half of the mini marshmallows.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining mini marshmallows on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the brownies. Let melt and spread to cover.
Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra gooey texture, add more mini marshmallows on top before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
