Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Transfer the cooked beef and onion into the slow cooker.
Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Add the broken spaghetti noodles and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until noodles are tender.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, cover again, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy, cheesy slow cooker spaghetti!
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with plant-based crumbles and use vegetable broth.
