Preparation Steps
Prepare the red velvet cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the crumbled cake until well combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze the cake balls for 20 minutes.
Dip the cake balls into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
Refrigerate for an additional 10 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serve chilled for best results. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
