Instructions
Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef or pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs, ensuring uniformity for even cooking.
Place the meatballs in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Preheat your broiler and broil the meatballs for 6-8 minutes or until they are browned on the outside.
Sauce:
In a slow cooker, combine grape jelly, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Stir the ingredients until well blended.
Add the broiled meatballs to the slow cooker, ensuring they are coated with the sauce.
Set the slow cooker on low heat and cook for 2-3 hours, allowing the meatballs to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
Final Steps:
Once cooked, keep the Crockpot Grape Jelly Meatballs warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
Serve as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish, enjoying the sweet and savory combination of the grape jelly and chili sauce.
