Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 35 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Let the pie cool before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
