Instructions
Preparation Steps
Toast the pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until fragrant. Remove and let cool.
Chop the toasted pistachios roughly and set aside.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves and cream is hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Fold in chopped pistachios gently into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
Serve chilled and enjoy your Pistachio Delight.

This dessert can be garnished with extra chopped pistachios or a drizzle of honey for added flavor.
