Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter until fully melted. Stir in granulated sugar until combined.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir into wet ingredients until fully combined.
Fold in 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Drop tablespoons of remaining peanut butter over the batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
