Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth and well blended.
Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
Add rolled oats and mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips carefully, reserving a small amount for topping if desired.
Press mixture firmly into a lined 8x8 inch pan.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and lightly press them into the bars.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
