Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place sausage links and coated potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, turning sausage and potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking.
