Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp to the bowl, tossing to coat evenly with the marinade.
Spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlicky juices. A side of pasta or rice complements this dish beautifully.
