Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until combined.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let brownies cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
