Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped cabbage and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
This soup pairs wonderfully with crusty bread. For added flavor, sprinkle some cheese on top before serving!
