Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Fold in raisins evenly throughout the batter.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
