Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, Nutella, and honey. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly into the mixture.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls.
Optionally, roll bites in chopped hazelnuts to coat the outside.
Place bites on a lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Store bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
