Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar. Stir in mashed bananas, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding until just combined.
Fold in 0.5 cup Nutella gently into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drop spoonfuls of remaining Nutella on top and use a knife to swirl through the batter.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
