Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
Beat in the egg until the mixture is creamy and combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt; blend until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
