Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Combine oats, baking soda, and salt in another bowl and gradually blend into the peanut butter mixture.
Fold in the M&M's and chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool completely on wire racks.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week. They freeze well too.
