Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker in an even layer.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
Place the butter sticks on top of the chicken evenly.
Add the pepperoncini peppers along with their juice into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender.
Serve the chicken hot with the juices spooned over the top.
Notes
For best flavor, let the chicken marinate in the seasoning overnight before cooking. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
