Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and cocoa powder.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the mint extract.
Add flour and salt, mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool before cutting.
Notes
For extra mint flavor, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top after baking.
