Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet. Pour the maple mixture over the salmon, coating it well.
