Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, maple syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix.
Prepare the streusel topping by combining flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Evenly sprinkle streusel topping over the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
