Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, followed by the eggs, mango puree, and lime juice.
Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow cheesecake to cool in the pan at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Garnish with additional mango slices and whipped cream if desired.
