Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango and mashed avocado carefully to retain some texture.
Add the finely chopped red onion, fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
Fold in chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño for a spicy kick, if using.
Mix all ingredients gently until combined and serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
