Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and fresh lemon juice. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
Gently fold the lemon-coconut mixture and melted butter into the whipped cream.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For extra zest, garnish with lemon slices and toasted coconut flakes before serving.
