Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in soy sauce, shredded carrots, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until noodles are coated and heated through.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a drizzle of sriracha or a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds before serving.
